With more than 10 years of experience in computer hardware and software support I am looking to broaden my career in other IT industries. I am also a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician. Other skills include MS Active Directory management, Exchange server, Backup management, SQL Server administration and Data Mining, Citrix and MS Terminal management, helpdesk documentation, AVAYA PBX system with voice messaging. Good background in user training and support documentation and help desk management
