I As a second level systems engineer, I assist with escalated calls from the Helpdesk technicians, scope and implement new solutions for remote clients and internal needs and help internal staff with technology issues and training. My current responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Hardware support (both PC and Apple) • Software Support (both Windows and Apple) • Exchange 2007 and 2010, as well as Office 365 setup and maintenance • Office 2007, 2010 and 2011 for Mac • Active Directory and Group Policy • Server 2003, 2008 and 2012 • Working both remotely and onsite with clients of various sizes, using various remote tools • Network management and implementation • Maintaining documentation • Checkpoint firewall maintenance and setup
