Level II Field Technician (Road Warrior) – As a Front Line liaison, possess demonstrable expertise in repairing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing computer systems & structured cabling for both data and voice, connection of hardware and peripherals including Modems, Switches, Routers & PCs to network servers via TCP/IP, VLAN, with the support of NOC to convert or upgrade sites, troubleshoot and configure LAN/WAN hardware. Desktop support responsibilities to end users include security education, routine upkeep, backup procedures, on-site and remote user assistance, internet and intranet access. Ability and initiative to create and review integration test plans on site, P.O.S. and Back office applications, polling & credit authorization systems.
