To work at an exigent position in the organization with an aim to contribute positively towards the achievement of its goals to the best of my potential capabilities and polish my present knowledge and skills toward continued growth and achievement of professional excellence. • Delivering the world’s best professional technical support for Office 365, Desktop support, Server Support with products including messaging, IM communication, web conferencing, and web sites & SAAS services. • Ensure that all Microsoft customers are satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the support they receive. • Participates in developing Statements of Work (SOWs) for the overall solution in coordination with Project Managers, drives estimates and work-breakdown define engineering work plan, development work items for peer developers, and participates in pre-sales consultation meetings. • Participate in customer calls/meetings/conferencing & provide technical solutions • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal. • Ability to handle customer situations with empathy and ownership. • Provide IT Support to remote users on site & PK site for critical jobs only • Data Sever, SQL & VMs backups using backup exec & Veeam & VMware Site Recovery • Policies creation & implementation • Azure Deployment for Coexistence of Exchange 2013 • Exchange 2010 Cross Forest Migration to Exchange 2013 • Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012 infrastructure with ADFS. • Deployment of Microsoft Lync server with IM and Presence. • Microsoft Exchange server Integration with Office 365. • Cutover Migrations IMAP on Office 365. • Coexistence Migrations. • Hybrid Migration. • On-premises deployments. • Lotus Note to Office 365 Migration. • Google Apps migration with Office 365 with MigrationWiz tool. • Google Apps migration with Office 365 Cutover Migration •
