- Working with clients, demo and show value the software Tableau Business Intelligence with sample data. - Listen needs and problems your client to take our solutions. - Consult clients the process to deploy project with more options. - Take the requests from client and analyze to build dashboard. - Setup and configure system Tableau’s include Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server. - Take data from client and clean data by feauture Tableau’s or ETL data by SQL Server before analyzing - Design and implement reports by using Tableau based on multiple data source such as SQL Server, Access, Excel, SAP Net Weaver Business Warehouse. - Tracking checklist handover and closing contact. - Writing document to guide and support for clients. - Training for clients to use Tableau. - Providing customer service such as handle customer inquiries, complaints, how to do questions, send information update and active give case study concordant with customer.
