I gained three years of experience in Sourcing and Recruiting in a demanding, international environment of different business fields. I was able to manage and fill several positions in the same time with candidates from mid-level up to senior manager level in pharmaceutics, IT and financial services. Most of the positions were based in Switzerland, Germany, France, and Spain. Among my tasks, I created job templates, sourced and recruited candidates, followed-up their process, created and sent out offers. I have conducted interviews and made the documentation in English and French. In addition, I was a point of contact between our team, recruiters and hiring managers of the assigned roles at our clients. I also took part in client visits to discuss business needs and I was assigned to on-board one of my main clients at the company.
