Counseled hundreds of founder led CEO's on how to develop their next generation leadership teams (assessment and training), supporting the development of success descriptions and metrics of performance including transfer of authority. An owner whose goal is to effectively extract value from his/her company near the end of his/her career must absolutely prepare 3-5 years in advance. This work is absolutely necessary for both internal ownership transition or third party sale of a business. Assessed competing future CEO candidates and advised board members as to qualifications and best fit roles. Assessed high potential individuals through qualitative and quantitative analysis, including design and developmental learning plans. Created ownership transition manuals. Acted as an advisory board member. Designed, developed and delivered hundreds of training modules: The Leadership Mindset, One Day Accelerator, Three Essential Skills for Aligning and Executing Your Strategy and Brand You. Facilitated hundreds of company retreats, helping partners and principals be more effective in managing conflict. Led company culture assessments and advised on change practices.
