I am a talented writer and copy editor with 15 years of professional experience. I hold a B.A. in Religious Studies with a minor in English from the College of Wooster in Wooster, OH. Since graduation, I have operated a small independent freelance business under two different names and based in three different locations. I am the author of 28 books for children, several films of various lengths as well as poems and short stories in various genres. I have been awarded the A.A.U.W. book award, the Swan Prize for Social Ethics and been a semi-finalist in the A.A.U.W. Essay Contest. In 1994 while still studying at Wooster, I was one of only two students from my school and one of less than 20 students overall to be awarded a prestigious lifetime access research fellowship at the Newberry Library in Chicago, IL.
