I have been in practice for almost 23 years. I specialize in taxation, but have an overall understanding of businesses and accounting. I have been admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent. I have been admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, and I have a Masters in Taxation from UCLA. I am well versed in US Tax Law, and U.S. Tax Court Cases. I have a specialty in entity structuring and restructuring, corporations, partnerships, individual, representation before the IRS regarding negotiations, audits, appeals, and Tax Court. In addition, in 23 years I have been exposed to several different businesses and have an excellent knowledge of most industries. I am the CEO and founder of CWSEAPA®, PLLC, and Tax Crisis Center®, LLC which have locations in Florida, Delaware, and Nevada. I am a contributor to Accounting Web and Accounting Today. I have had twelve books that have been published on various topics in taxation. I have been published in the Chicago Tribune, New York Times, Yahoo Finance, Nasdaq, and several other newspapers, periodicals, and magazines. I have been interviewed and have appeared on many radio shows and podcasts. Finally, I am the co-host of Tax Avoidance is Legal, which is a national radio show.
