I have been with the BPO industry for almost 10 years. I have been a team lead for 6 years and have handled different staff with different specialization. I have developed the skills and knowledge in multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast phase environment. With my expertise and experience, I have mastered the following tasks/responsibilities- People handling, call monitoring (QA), reports, just to name a few. I am currently employed and am looking for a freelance/part time job to widen my experience and network.
