My job experience started two months right after graduating from University of the Philippines. I started as a customer service consultant for TeleTech and I have been with this company for more than 10 years and still counting. Across these years in the BPO industry, I've had an extensive experience when it comes to delivering world-class customer experience. I've handled a diverse set of accounts from technical to service to sales. With all these intensive experiences, I have grown and become a highly skilled goal-oriented person who has demonstrated the ability to handle diverse customer needs and demands in the most effective and efficient manner. These also developed my interpersonal and communication skills. More so, these opened doors and expanded my opportunities. In 2016, I was chosen to be part of the pilot team for a new line of business for an Australian account as a Subject Matter Expert. And eventually, in the same year, I have been promoted as a Team Leader. Being a team leader made me grow so much more and further developed my interpersonal and decision-making skills. Today, I live by three significant values - right mindset, integrity and transparency. And these have become my foundations as a leader.
