I have been with customer service for 4 years and have been a team manager for 3 years. I started out as a customer service representative and after only a year in service I was promoted to a Team Manager. I took part of the role of molding consultants to become effective in their line of work. I focus on results given by my consultants and make sure that there is improvement in my bottom performers. I practice the lean six sigma theory since I am a yellow belt certified manager. I believe that a healthy environment produces good results, so I take into consideration how my consultants are and what they are feeling about the job.
