Kathleen: I know that my experience and previous successful endeavors could greatly benefit new organizations starting up, companies looking to rebrand (either to repair previous negative reputations, a new acquisition/company merger, realign marketing focuses to attract new customer demographics, or to market/ brand a new product line/service. I have extensive experience working with sales and marketing managers and their supervisors to create team mentally focussed marketing plans with clear strategic goals, follow up, and follow up goals. Creating such a system has created new levels of accountability, accomplishment, appreciation, job satisfaction, and overall company success through improved structured marketing plans. Kara: I've worked my way through these different areas by building trustworthy, long standing relationships with vendors, consultants and executives. By obtaining vital information in all aspects of plans, I've been able see where the weaknesses are by understanding the processes thoroughly, and in turn keeping costs down for the company and the members. I am very customer/client driven and always work to ensure that the end goals are met by following each project completely through from beginning to end and working through issues as they arise during implementation.
