My primary experience has been in the Marketing & Sales management functions. I am a strong believer in Marketing & Sales being 'two faces of the same coin'. I've enjoyed an amazing 15+ years of career in various technology-industries. My interest in understanding newer/emerging technologies, its applicability to negate issues-challenges and/or transform Customer's business, coupled with knowledge of competitive landscape, has helped me generate insights. These insights have helped in formulating strategies and planning for the businesses that I have worked for, along with marketing plans to build awareness and help improve 3 Cs - Content, Conversation, and Conversion. I have a good understanding of sales cycles, sales models, sales tools, customer service & support, end-to-end business processes and implementation of these within CRM/ERP systems. This understanding has helped me bring in efficiency-effectiveness resulting in increased productivity and/or reduced cost of sales.
