I have experience of working as a Senior Technical Writer in a product company where I was responsible for documenting newly developed features and helping the developers with the user messages to be included in the product. I have worked with FrameMaker, Robohelp, Arbortext, Microsoft Word, Snagit as tools for writing. Though my work experience is mostly in PLM and ALM segments, I also write my travel diaries which my friends find very engaging to read. I also have experience in managing projects for product internationalization/localization.
