• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Have excellent knowledge about different risk management procedures. • Troubleshooting for broadband related issues both for Cable and DSL connections. • Troubleshooting for VPN related issues. • Troubleshooting on ADSL modems and routers, ISP problems, installation errors, networking errors, driver issues and other networking issues related to broadband. • Support email clients and configuration and virus issues, firewall configuration on systems. • Auditing alarms and status of network entities periodically and ensuring normal operation during the shift. • Support the introduction of network management functionalities towards enabling NOC to centrally perform fault Management for all mobile network elements and service platforms. • Escalate major faults that can affect service levels to higher management, Call Centers, Customer support teams. • Aid in all project closures and perform benefit analysis in collaboration with Project Manage (To handle customer complaints in accordance with agreed SLAs); undertake root cause analysis of trouble .Tickets to identify root causes and develop mitigating actions. • Proficient in using computer applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access and Word. • Comprehensive knowledge about project life cycle and test plans for application development. • Have outstanding organizational and management skills. • Ensure compliance in operating procedures and policies and provide support to IT department. ? Oversee the work of all support employees including, officers, assistants, gardeners, drivers, cleaners and security. ? Report to manager any concerns regarding procurement processes.
