Technical Customer Care Leader and Admin

I've been in the technical and customer service industry for 11 years. I've worked as a Virtual Assistant for an Australian IT services company for a year assisting the Managing Director on administrative tasks such as quotations, invoicing and purchase order creations via the Xero accounting system. I also maintain the licensing and specializations database, dealing with clients and suppliers directly. Previously, I have been a Technical Support Team Leader, Product Specialist and an Agent for a US-Based telecommunications provider AT&T U-Verse and for the UK- based telecoms company Talk Talk. I've dealt with various technical and billing-related concerns of our customers as well as leading a team to provide the best-in-class assistance to our callers.
