As a Technical IT Interviewer, my primary role is to conduct interviews with candidates applying for technical positions within an organization. I have a deep understanding of technical skills and experience required for different roles, and I leverage this knowledge to evaluate candidates on their technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

My services include the following:

  2. Conducting technical interviews: I conduct one-on-one technical interviews with candidates using various communication channels such as video calls or in-person interviews.   3. Assessing technical proficiency: I evaluate the candidate's technical proficiency, including their coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies. I may also ask the candidate to complete coding exercises or technical assessments to better evaluate their skills.

  4. Providing feedback: After the interview, I provide feedback to the hiring team on the candidate's technical skills and suitability for the position. This feedback includes an assessment of the candidate's proficiency, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and overall fit for the role.

  5. Collaborating with the hiring team: I work closely with the hiring team to ensure that the interview process is fair and consistent across all candidates. I may provide additional guidance to the team on technical skills and best practices for evaluating technical proficiency during the interview process.
