Excel and SQL are two of my strongest areas of expertise. Through my 23 years with a Fortune 100 corporation serving various roles including administrative assistant, network administrator, and application support, to name a few, I’ve developed a strong technical mastery of the MS Office applications, HP PPM, HP ALM, multiple CRMs, and many proprietary software applications. For the last 9 years, I’ve served as a Business Analyst creating wireframes for new applications, writing technical requirements, developing use cases, writing test scripts, performing QA and training prior to launch, and providing support on an ongoing basis. I have a strong work ethic and take a great deal of pride in doing a job, not just well, but exceptionally well.
