I am a Google certified Project Manager having experience working on waterfall and agile methodologies.

I am here to help you out in your project by taking a lead role as a technical project manager to define the project goals, objectives, success criteria, milestones, key stakeholders, and resolve any kind of conflicts through efficient communication and conflict management skills.
By taking lead role in project kickoff meeting I will help the team have a safe space, define the correct methodology to adopt (whether waterfall, agile, or hybrid), introduce best practices to follow, and coach the team for any kind of desired skills to get the project meet success criteria.
By keeping track of the progress, removing barriers, and efficient communication I will ensure the timely execution of project events.
Through retrospective, will try to get the feedback from the team and stakeholders along with sharing current progress.
I will also do risk management through procurement and timely meetings with stakeholders to ensure everything stays on track. After we finish the project, I will ensure the closing phase.
