• Advance communication skills in Spanish and English, so I can get in contact with top talent in both languages, through Email, Chat, or Phone, so I can invite them to the posted job that best fits them and answer any related question with the Job Requisition.
• Expert in sourcing candidates and agencies if necessary for third-party services like assessments or any type of skill test that is needed, if this cannot be done, I can plan a meeting with the Hiring Manager to develop this Assessment Center focus on the Job request and skills required.
• Efficiency screening candidates so from a tone of CVs I can start doing a shortlist, so later on it can be transferred to the hiring manager and the interviews can be scheduled to select the perfect fit for every position.
• Experience of 1 year, handling payments, checking that the payroll is correct depending on the time and vacations that the person took, this is more freelance work so I can work with it and handle this part on UpWork without any problem.
• Experience using Excel, Word, Teams, and PBI, I have an intermediate level to handle the information very organize, so the others can understand the data or reports.
