My experience in the field of customer service in the global marketplace is completed by being an IT specialist since over 20 years. I was a software engineer and analyst for many years in Germany, when I founded my own business, Neis & Friends, with an 8 member team of qualified experts. We focused in network administration and IT support of small and medium sized organizations in Europe. During the last 4 years I worked as a bilingual tech support with an automated retail company in San Francisco. My tasks included 2nd and 3rd level support for technicians all over Europe via phone and email using remote administration consoles and integrated reporting systems. My most recent project was the initiation of the company’s new service partner in Germany, where I acted as the liaison between the two partners. It was an exciting project for me and an opportunity to grow in my field. Another project had been technical translation services for highly specific technical documentations and manuals from English to German. I am flexible, a quick study, highly communicative and focused. I am responsive and hold myself accountable in all situations.
