I'm a seasoned technical support and customer service specialist that started working in the BPO industry in 2004. I am well versed with providing support through phone calls, chat and email for various clients in the United States, Australia and UK. I took up and passed the IELTS exam as a requirement of the most recent client I worked with. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and has worked locally for big international brands in the BPO industry. I was handpicked to join the Continuous Improvement Team after serving as a Senior advisor wherein we were empowered as a manager to make decisions and investigate issues presented by a customer. I provided support across all line of businesses eg. phones, tablets, all in one computers, watches, accessories, etc. for project "Avalon" - a client that we all know as the "World's Coolest Brand" founded by Steve Jobs. I can also help you with email, DSL and Internet Service troubleshooting and set up as I have worked directly for TPG Australia when they based one of their contact centers here in the Philippines. They trained us to analyze and resolve internet connection issues using their tools, by creating escalation tickets and complaints, booking a technician's appointment, processing product replacements, and the like.
