I've been working in the industry for 5 years in which I've gained diverse experiences. My first job involves technical support and customer service in a BPO industry where in we support different lines of businesses such as Hardware, Accounts, Connectivity and Billing. After two and a half year I worked overseas as I.T. Support in a Manufacturing & Electronics Industry. Aside from doing maintenance with the computer systems and network, I do have several job content such as working with Business Departments for data entry and marketing research.
