I worked as an it customer support representative for a little over a year. I have good computer knowledge, and a typing speed of about 70 words per minute. I'm a native english speaker with a good understanding of the english language. I am good at working with others and getting the job done, I always meet deadlines, and I don't mind working long hours. I'm also a quick learner if there's something I don't know I'll research it until I do.
