I have been working for 11 years in a BPO office. I have been exposed to a fast paced environment where you have to do a self study with things that are not taught in training class. I handle Customer service and Technical Support and been a Supervisor during my time. Other skills that I have is with Microsoft office applications such as Word and Excel as we use this on our daily job. I can handle multiple tasks without compromising quality. I can easily adapt to a new challenge and work with minimal supervision.
