• End-to-end technical implementations of various fintech applications & integrations as well as technical support.

• An expert-level understanding of financial technology systems and the digital payment industry with a focus on

A.C.I’s Postilion’s suite of transaction-switching software, card management, terminal driving, and data

warehousing applications.

• MSSQL Database administration & integration to applications

• Working closely with the Customer, Project Manager and the Professional Services team to ensure that our solution is

delivered and operational in the most efficient and effective manner possible

• Worked on many projects on EFT Switching, Transaction routing, Merchant Acquiring, ATM and POS Terminal

Driving, Card Issuance & Authorization, Payment Processing, Transaction Security and Key Management.

• I.S.O 8583, E.M.V Card Issuing/Acquiring, transaction security/cryptography, A.P.I integrations.

• Provide expert advice to B2B clients regarding capacity planning & process management, resulting in making

recommendations, and conducting periodic system maintenance and upgrades.

• Apply industry best (PCIDSS) measures to ensure a standard implementation & support model are practiced

• Collaborate with the sales & business team to make pitches to customers

• Collaborate with the software development, P.M.O & Products teams to sell, design new & improve existing products.

• Integrate to payment apps, gateways, 3rd-party processors & Core Banking Applications (Flexcube, Finacle etc)

• Conduct root cause analysis during investigations, then put first-rate remediation & proactive plans into action

• Resolving customers’ logged issues using a variety of research, debugging, troubleshooting processes, detailed error

reporting & very comprehensive documentation while maintaining the agreed S.L.As.

• Conduct U.A.Ts,Proof of concepts, Go-live Deployments, and Card-scheme certification tests (MTIP & ADVT).

• Excellent writing skills to deliver very comprehensive & detailed guides to improve the team’s knowledge base

• Prepare training materials/labs, and facilitate operational & technical trainings for tech & non-tech customers.

• Coach & train less-experienced team members

• Analyze and document in detail a customer's business requirements and understand their business processes.

• Develop strong relationships with my clients and establish credibility and trust quickly

• Confidently communicate about the Software and the Project status to internal and external stakeholders

• Support customer testing activities; log and track customer issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
