• Resolving customers’ logged issues using a variety of research, debugging, troubleshooting processes, detailed error
reporting & very comprehensive documentation while maintaining the agreed S.L.As.
• Conduct U.A.Ts,Proof of concepts, Go-live Deployments, and Card-scheme certification tests (MTIP & ADVT).
• Excellent writing skills to deliver very comprehensive & detailed guides to improve the team’s knowledge base
• Prepare training materials/labs, and facilitate operational & technical trainings for tech & non-tech customers.
