I am Working as a Technical Support Engineer in Huawei Office, My Responsibility to make Conversations with Customers via Call, and Checking their network related issues and fixing it. and my Further Responsibilities are Remotely monitor the network & resolve the network related issues, Handles call from the circuit the client interfacing group in the timely manner. Daily analysis of KPI, traffic, utilization reports and takes necessary action to maintain SLA. Analyzing daily OSS reports( BBH) in BSS and BSC wise, and maintaining KPI such as SDCCH drop, TCH drop , TCH completion rate, within the limits. Network Traffic Analysis and recommendation for Network expansion based on capacity & utilization report. BSC Cell Dump analysis for RF parameter evaluation and recommendation for soft changes. Drop analysis for NBH and CBH Hours, BSC wise with drop reasons to find BSC wide issues. Trouble shooting of faulty Components Such as TRXs, Antenna, based on Statistics and the cells’ behavior.
