Technical Support Engineer (Aug 2017- Present) • Provides Accounting related support to customers who contact the Oracle Solution Center and maintain high level of customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines (mostly through electronic means) • Point-of-contact of our Clients by providing phone and online resolutions of Accounting issues of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. • Responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. • Displaying and maintaining a high level of professional behavior at all times. • Documenting resolutions to assist with possible future problem resolution. • Effectively prioritizing workload and managing list of outstanding customer queries.
