I am an Information Technology graduating student. I am knowledgeable in MS Office, determined, hard-working and goal-driven. I also have done data entry work as my OJT during my college days which requires me to enter written data, such as birth, marriage, and death certificate, into their system. I also had the pleasure to work with Coursmos Inc. as a transcriber and transcribe a couple of videos into document. I worked with 1&1Internet Philippines Inc. as a TSR. I handle issues with regards to web hosting, emails/email applications (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.), domains, and websites (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). I am knowledgeable with FTP clients and email clients. As well as backing up emails and website files. I have also been with an account as a Remote Desktop Support Specialist (chat account). Both job often requires us to connect to our clients computer via remote connection in order to provide resolution. I have also worked at Fusion BPO Services as a chat support associate for their retail account. My last job was with Concentrix CVG as a Chat Support Associate for a Telco account wherein we assist customers in troubleshooting their Cable, Internet, and Phone.
