Involves troubleshooting and multiple parts replacement dispatch. *With 1&1 - Responsible for delivering outstanding support to SME IT's in solving programming problems for their web page, database, and network. Involves maintaining websites processes and pitching service upgrade to boost company revenue. - General experience troubleshooting - Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple Operating Systems: - Experience in software installation and troubleshooting - Experience with Configuring Email Clients for POP/IMAP and Exchange Accounts - Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting - Experience computer optimization and virus removal - Experience in database management with MySQL - Experience in identifying and correcting errors with PHP and JavaScript programming languages - Experience with Wordpress content management system
