NOC/Helpdesk/Datacentre/Network engineer with ten years experience mostly for Internet Service Providers. I have experience of first second and thirdline helpdesks and have been a technical trainer and customer service quality control supervisor.I have worked in several high pressure NOC's for city traders and been a field engineer for a London Borough CouncilI was CCNA and JNCIA-FWV qualified although both of these expired ln summer 2011I am very familiar with Unix/Linux and Exim and Bind, and am currently using snort and BASE at home on an ubuntu platform
