Unified Technologies July 27th 2012- Jan 28th 2013 Network Operations Center Engineer (Full Time) • Triage PC desktop, VoIP QOS, and Network Connectivity Issues • Determine issue and if it is billable or under a managed services contract • Resolve or Escalate Issues to Tier 3 Server / Network Support • Troubleshoot Network Connectivity Issues • SIP Packet capture and analysis • Troubleshoot Wan Connectivity Issues / Wan link redundancy • Support on Cisco switch / router• Support on Fortinet / Fortigate UTM devices• Monitored Customers Wan Connections and VoIP Applications • Administration of Fortinet Unified Threat Management Devices • Many hours spent working on Cisco Routers and Switches • Network monitoring and discovery using Pathview sequencer • Cat5e Network Cabling / termination / Patch Panel • Assist in Rollout of new networking / VoIP phone equipment • Network Documentation (Visio) •
