I provide support for all Government and Private (Commercial) organizations whether they be the Owner (Buyer) or Contractor & Sub-Contractor in the following areas: ?BAA- Broad Agency Announcement ?RFI – Request for information – semi-formal process by which the Owner conducts a market evaluation for products and services with no obligation. ?RFP – Request for proposal – formal government process by which products and services are purchased through a comprehensive evaluation process. ?RFQ – Request for quotes – formal Owner process by which products and services are purchased typically on a price-basis. ?SBIR – Small Business Innovative Research Program. ?Sources sought – this is similar to the RFI process. It is the market research phase of the government procurement cycle. Why use me? I make sure the requirements have been addressed accurately, completely and are compliant with the Owner documents. My approach is one which allows you to execute proposal responses with minimal stress, effective assessment, clear communications, and timely submissions.
