Have 7+ years of experience in Technical Writing and Business Analysis Have full exposure in Document Development Life Cycle (DDLC) & Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Create user guides, reference guides, onboarding guides on software applications/products Create flow charts using MS Visio Create context-sensitive online help manuals using RoboHelp Have full exposure API/SDK documentation Have good exposure to DITA XML tools Write video scripts and educational curriculum Create multiple documents with one source using the Single-sourcing feature of RoboHelp Maintain the content on intranet websites Maintain the website as a part of Knowledge Management (KM) Have quick learner skills in adapting new technologies with ease Have good interpersonal & communication skills Have exposure to scrum/agile development Have exposure to Product documentation such as user guides, reference guides, release notes and so on. Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting the requirements for business processes, policies, and information systems.
