I have been working on creating Business Requirement Documents for IT projects, that addresses development team and business teams containing, project name, mapping document, business rules, criteria and filtrations. Providing project documentations that would assist other departments in defining the work flow, development, support and operation duties and responsibilities. Presented training materials as presentations for top managers and decision makers some in the form of user manuals or project tutorial for further explanation and guidance.
