1. With more than 30 years experience in construction, writing on technical subjects has become part of profession. Having worked at different managerial levels, writing on technical subjects - design, materials, methods, process, testing and inferences/ conclusions- was so much part of my work. 2. In drawing up Project Management schedules, Work Sequencing, Work Break Down Structure and integrating these in to Construction Methodology statements is an essential part of Project Strategy. My key responsibility is to develop and compile this documentation to the stakeholders' satisfaction. 3. As part of work when working for varied clients across industries, I have captured Process Flows and related fields in to developing project specific method statements. This called for substantial lateral reading, assimilation and reduction of the data in to easily deducible narration. 4. All projects and jobs need strong Procurement Process, which has to be logically developed and properly documented. My work nature demands this task on a routine basis. Elaborate Procurement Strategy, its different levels of checks and balances and related documentation are routinely done by me. 5. Tasks in which I am closely involved include drafting and finalising Bid documentation, Analysis and Reporting of costs, qualification and evaluation of vendors and contractors, including Approval and Record Notes for process compliance.
