For six years I worked as data manager for two non-profit organizations, and now provide consultant data management services and software training. I prepare outcomes reports, using program data to reflect successes and positive outcomes to funders, as well as used data constructively in grant proposals. I have experience translating and writing technical guides, how to's for beginning users as well as power users, for a variety of databases and software, as well as telephone service manuals.
