I have an inordinate amount of experience in editing the work of others. I taught high school and middle school English classes for five years. I currently work in a small law firm, composing letters, tweets, facebook posts, blog articles, and other literature. As you can probably see, that work is not on my portfolio. This is for the simple fact that my loyalty and your privacy is key. I will not use your work as portfolio material unless you give me express permission. You will not find me bragging about editing for this person or that company. I am professional, and my work can speak for itself. Though I would prefer that my work speak for you. My background in education, particularly teaching English, has homed both my writing and editing skills to a laser focus. The experience I have gained working at a law firm, has given me an opportunity to stretch my skills. I now have experience writing to a larger, more varied audience, and mold a voice for an entity.
