My writing skills are top-notch, and are not limited to just one discipline. I spent 6 years doing tech support for Dell, and I can write technical information about hardware and software in a way that is easy for beginners to understand. I am also skilled in journalistic writing, magazine article writing, and business writing. Some of my work has been featured in Idaho Magazine, and I have also written sensitive letters for clients who need to broach a delicate subject, or who wish to address a problem without exposing themselves to liability. I am a technical and professional writer with a Master's degree in English. My strongest skills are learning a topic quickly and thoroughly, and writing about it in a clean concise manner. I think of my writing as a craft, in the way a blacksmith crafts swords - a wordsmith, if you will.
