With over 20 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity, I am a detail-oriented and result-driven technical business analyst who can leverage technology to improve business processes and outcomes for clients and partners in various industries. I have a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bradley University and a Master of Science in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity from Capella University, as well as several certifications from Epic and Caterpillar University.

For the past several years, I was an Application System Engineer at Matlen Silver, contracted to Fiserv, where I led the migration of multiple core products to Azure cloud based data center. I was responsible for application implementation, configuration, testing, and training on Windows, Unix, and Linux systems, as well as identifying proof of concept clients and developing validation test plans. 

I have expertise in cloud computing, data center migration, and cybersecurity, as well as in the fields of health care, education, and census data collection. I am motivated by solving complex problems, learning new skills, and collaborating with diverse teams.
