A graduate from Texas A&M-Commerce in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Instructional Training and Design, and a minor in English, I understand the learning needs of adults in higher education. I have experience with curriculum design targeted at adult learners in both vocational and corporate environments, and have taught at junior and technical colleges. I have worked in the air conditioning industry for eleven years and in the construction and facilities maintenance field since 1986. In both fields I have managed personnel and worked closely with supervisors and on committees to meet the need
