Hi, I have 8+ years of experience in ITES industry from a network admin to CFO. On legal profession I have 4+ years of experience on criminal and civil matters in India, extraterritorial jurisdiction matters (global), cyberlaws(Indian), trademark and patent laws and medico legal (global). Certification completed CISCO platform. Registered legal practitioner. I setup my own office YOGAPAARTIBAN ASSOCIATES. Right now I'm giving training exposure to newbees on all the above. I'm here to get project from you help newbees complete it and provide it back to you after my verification. I'm post graduate in engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and registered lawyer(completed Bachelor of Law from India). Past experience :- Engineering : Technical expert on various domains( IDC operations, Network, backu&storage, SQL, VMware, cloud computing, Windows server, SharePoint, ERP, Exchange server) on incident and change management to the level of project planning as CFO. Law : handled as advocate in civil and criminal matters on local (Indian courts). Worked on cyber, medicolegal, patent and trademark, licensing, taxation and all other commercial and corporate related laws globally.
