Started career as a UCMDB Trainee in Hewlett Packard. Currently working on UD 10.X implementation in Sungard Availabilty Services. Has very good experience implementing uCMDB. From a functional standpoint I am involved in Integration, Testing, discovery, probe installation, application mapping and troubleshooting discovery issues. I work well independently and with groups and am comfortable interacting with various organizational levels. I possess a customer-oriented attitude, and excellent interpersonal / communication skill, always trying to provide First Time Right solutions to the customers.
