I have a solid background of technical support and customer service for about 7years. I have been a technical support representative for 6 years also have been a part of the escalations team for both technical and customer service for a year and a few months as a telemarketer. Needless to say, it was an ongoing learning process. I am very well equipped with what it takes for technical or customer service role. If there is anything new that I would have to learn, I can definitely handle it. I have gone through training and seemingly endless recursive that learning new things has become a habit. My objective is to deliver my knowledge and skills in customer service in both local and international clients who need assistance. I consider this not just a profession but a vocation that i am being called for, to serve others.
