I have different experiences when it comes to working. Before I enter the freelancer world. I worked as a data encoder for almost 3 yrs regarding taxation and land reforms in our Local Government Unit. Then I worked as a call center agent in 3 different BPO Industries here in the Philippines. First, in Spi GLobal where I handled E-commerce or order taking. Second in Teleperformance where I handled the booking of rooms international like in Hilton Hotels Worldwide. And lastly in Alta Resources for Khol's Credit Cards where I handled billing. Then I decided to work as a freelancer and I handled different successful campaigns such as Appointment Setting (B2B and B2C) with Guru Web Hosting and Design, Shale World Advertising Magazine in Europe, Apopka Insurance, Job recruitment, Child Care, Union, and Policy. For sales and customer service representative with Wellana and Aqua Chi Footbath where handled order taking, chat and email inquiries. As a virtual Assistant with MOBE Industries, where I handled appointment setting, data entry, chat and email inquiries. Because of these experiences that I have, it taught me how to be organized, competitive, to be productive a multi tasker and most of all to be an excellent customer service.
