I've been working in the BPO industry for almost 3 years now. being in this field i was able to develop the skills of multitasking ,active listening,communicating with different people and more importantly to be patient,understanding and emphatic.having been trained for 2 accounts first was banking and my second account was travel expert,as a travel expert i was also promoted to cater elite people thus i was trained to exert effort to resolve customers concern to give an excellent customer service.i am proud to say that working in this industry helps me to be a better person ,i learned to work hard, to be always on time,to be flexible,to be accurate on every detail.
