I have experienced working with prestigious companies catering premium clients, AT&T and Choice Air in partnership with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines for 12 months. I do airfare booking in conjunction with their cruise schedule and answer flight inquiries as well. I am also a technical support handling phone, internet, and cable issues. I cater sales and billing concerns too. I also handle outbound campaign as an appointment setter for a merchant cash advance, survey operator for restaurants and collections.
