I have worked as an outbound sales representative from April 2007 - April 2011 with different centers, dialing different sales accounts, then got promoted as a Team Leader in April 2011 in the previous company I have worked with. I have also worked part time as an email & social media marketer, lead generator & appointment setter on odesk since February 2013, while working as a Team Leader in my previous company until December 2013, but since then, I decided to leave my job & work full time at home simply because of one reason, & that is to have more time for my family. Should you give me a chance to work for you, I can do multiple jobs for you like managing & coaching the agents just to make sure they are always hitting the target, analyzing the quality of the calls, cold calling, email & social media marketing, appointment setting, generating & qualifying leads, do some research to be able to find local businesses or people that could be potential customers, & most important thing that I can do is to close the deal for you. I can do all of these with ease because I have already done these tasks in my previous jobs.
