Hi, my name is Tauqeer Hussain Suhail, born and brought up in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. Completed my education (elementary to Bachelors Degree) there itself and have working experience with multiple nationalities in various fields of work. Shifted to Pakistan because my family had to move and there was no one else to help them to settle in Pakistan, therefore, had to quit my job and leave the country. Last experience in UAE was working in the transportation sector as a General Manager of the firm, which gave me a lot of knowledge on international business practices. Was responsible for both in-office and travelling based work, mostly to the construction sites and oil refinery projects where our transportation vehicles were involved in work. Last experience in Pakistan was in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm who were working solely with USA customers by making sales to them of American Products from American companies (mostly energy products and medical campaigns). In a short period of only 3 months after dialing, was promoted to TL, then the journey began to the top by achiving Floor Manager status and Administrator of the firm within 3 months. Handled everything in the organization from hiring, training, testing, sales generation, campaign division, employee placement, timetable setting, attendance, finance, payroll, etc.
